Ledgerbound Delayed to August as HULG Issues Hilarious Corporate Apology
Fantasy tactical RPG Ledgerbound is delayed to August 11, 2026. Read about Heroes United Life Group's in-universe apology and the voice cast updates.
OmniMegaSuperCorp’s upcoming corporate fantasy RPG has hit a brief snag in the filing department. Originally scheduled to launch on July 14, Ledgerbound has been officially pushed back to August 11, 2026.
True to the game’s satirical corporate setting, the developers delivered the news via an in-universe public relations apology from Jazz, the human resources representative for the fictional Heroes United Life Group (HULG).
HULG Takes Accountability
The delay announcement leans heavily into the bureaucratic humor that defines the game’s setting. According to the update, Jazz has filed the official paperwork to move the release date, taking graceful corporate accountability for the scheduling shift. While minor delays are common for tactical RPGs, framing it as an HR filing error fits perfectly with what we know about the game’s corporate world.
This pushback gives the team at OmniMegaSuperCorp roughly four extra weeks to polish the game’s turn-based grid combat, refine elemental matchups, and balance the companion mechanics.
Voice Cast and Coworkers Reveal
Alongside the new release date, the update points toward a closer look at the actors behind your future office mates. The voice cast brings to life prominent characters like the competitive Rayna, Prince Avarice, Cazian, and Jazz. The developers teased that these personalities will be vying for the coveted Employee of the Month title—though they joked that Rayna likely has the award secured.
For players eager to map out their office dynamics, understanding these companions is a major focus. You can read more about how these relationships function in our companions and romance guide.
What to Expect on August 11
The extra development time is expected to help iron out performance issues and polish the tactical combat grids. Players will control a fantasy insurance adjuster navigating a grid-based battlefield, dealing with elemental strengths, and dealing with various HR-mandated tasks.
