The team framed the postponement as a mandatory HR intervention designed to prevent employee burnout and clean up the administrative paperwork. While players previously heard about the general transition to a later window when the game was delayed to August, this update officially solidifies the specific day they can clock in.

The additional month in development is expected to give the creators more time to refine the satirical mechanics that drive Ledgerbound.
